1- Trial is initiated by public prosecuter on police report.
2- supply of copies of following documents to the accused free of cost within seven days in case of fir..
> FIR
> police report.
> Statement of witnesses recorded under sec
161 and 164 crpc.
> inspections notes and recoveries note if any.
3- in case of complaint, following copies is provided to accused within three days.
> complaint, and witnesses statements
> Other documents filed with complaint.
4- If from documents and statements it is opinion of court that any offence it will frame a charged in writing against accused.
5- when thecharge is read out to accused if he pleads guilty, after recording it court shall convict him.
6- If the accused does not pleads guilty the court shall proceed to hear complainant evidence, it would be adduced all evidences with cross examins, and if accused puts any written statement the court shall file it with record.
7- If accused does not adduced evidence, the court call upon prosecuter to sum up his case,
If accused adduced any evidence, after examining it, call upon accused to sum up his csse.
8- If the court finds that accused is not guilty it shall pass order of his aquittal,
If court finds that accused found guilty it shall pass order of his conviction.
