It is respectfully submitted as under,

1. That on 01 10 2005, the defendant borrowed Rs 50,000/- from the plaintiff and agreed to repay the said loan of Rs 50,000/- on the 21st day of December 2005.

2. That the defendant has not made any payment to the plaintiff so far despite repeated demands in this behalf and now a sum of Rs 50,000/- is due from him as principle amount. Hence this suit.

3. That the cause of action arose against defendant on 21st December 2005 when the promise period to repay the money to the plaintiff by the defendant was over and secondly and finally yesterday when the defendant flatly refused to pay the money back.

4. That since the money was borrowed at_____________________________ therefore the Civil Courts of _____________________________ have the jurisdiction to decree this suit.

5. That the valuation of the suit for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction is Rs 50,000/-therefore this plaint is written on Stamp Papers worth Rs 3750/-.

In view of the above it is respectfully prayed as under,

I. A decree for a sum of Rs 50,000/- may kindly be passed in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant.

II. Costs may also be awarded to the plaintiff.

III. Any other relief deemed possible by this Honorable Court may also be granted.

2. Denied: The money lend by the defendant was paid back to the plaintiff on the time promised to the plaintiff i.e, 21st December 2005, therefore there is no cause of action against the defendant. This suit is based on bad intention of the plaintiff just to harass and humiliate the defendant and to waste his time.
